Beekit jumped in her seat as Sunkit flew past her and pounced on the leaf, however she lunged a little too far and instead launched the lead up into the air with her fluffy golden tail. The green leaf was launched surprisingly much higher than what Beekit had done. But without a moments passing, a loud thump! sounded beside her and Beekit turned her head to see a very dirty Sunkit. Beekit laughed at the state of her sister; her golden fur was now plastered with mud all over her face and chest. She looked more like a swamp monster than a cat.
"What was that? You look like a monster now!" Beekit teased her sister. "Better not let mother see! She'll have you bound to the nursery until you're an apprentice!"
Beekit was slightly pleased that for once her sister will be the one told off and not her. Her calico fur rose up and a loud rumbling purr escaped her as Sunkit joined in the laughter.
The little calico kit glanced at the mud and narrowed her eyes at it. Why in the name of Starclan is there mud here? Especially in such warm conditions? Beekit guessed that some cat made the small mud pool on purpose to have a cat stumble in. How cruel, she thought.

Oh, no. I need to clean myself now, before mother sees me. She though of the punishments her mother would give her if she saw her like this, wet and muddy and dirty, when usually her fur is kept clean and tidy. She quickly looked around, searching for a place to hide and clean herself off. Behind the warrior dens, maybe? No, they were to sparsely set apart, no place to hide. The medicine cat's den is quite well out the way, but what if there's someone in there? No can't go in there. She turned to Beekit, who was staring at the mud, probably remembering the exact spot where she fell so she can use it for future reference. "Beekit, quit staring at that mud! I need to hide and quick! I cant walk around like this! But where could I hide? I don't know any hiding spots we can go to!" her speech was rushed, desperate not to get caught. Her head turning right and left in search of mother, where did she wander of to? "Beekit, you must know some kind of hiding spot around camp?! We cant hide behind any dens, they're all too spaced out."

Beekit rolled her eyes at Sunkit, here we go... “Relax, Sunkit. Just clean yourself off and you’ll be fine, stop fussing like a paranoid queen!” Meowed Beekit teasingly as she watched her sister frantically glance at every corner of the clearing, making sure that Herrongaze was nowhere to be seen. The small calico kit sighed and padded towards a bush before grasping a branch and drawing it back making a gap wide enough for a small kit to walk through. “If you really need to hide, get in here. It should keep you covered while you wash off. But be quick! I heard mud dries fast and becomes as hard as stone!” Beekit recalled, quite obviously teasing and poking fun at her sister.
While she waited for her sister, Beekit saw from afar Lochfur, the clan’s elder. The cranky old tom was Dustykit’s grandfather, but unlike the puny tom-kit, the elder was strong and wise, holding the strong build of when he was a warrior. Lochfur was making his way towards the prey-pile, oblivious to the two she-kits causing havoc.
Beekit glanced at her sister, “Hurry up! Lochfur is up and about, soon the whole clan will follow.” Hissed Beekit under her breath to make sure Lochfur didn’t hear.

Sunkit walked into the bush before Beekit had time to finish, so she didn't get to hear what Beekit said. The bush was quite dense, but there were enough gaps to see through. It seemed like Herongaze went of somewhere. Relaxed, Sunkit started licking herself. I hate mud. As she cleaned herself she tried to imagine how she looked like from Beekit's point of view, definitely really messy. As her sister told her to hurry up, she cleaned most of her left side. The mud tasted horrible, she tried to ignore the taste but it was so salty... maybe even a bit sour, she couldn't tell. From the protection of the bush she saw Lochfur. Beekit is right, the whole clan will soon be up. She started licking herself more furiously now.
After some time, Sunkit cleaned most of he fur, only some was left on her paws and tail. She saw Beekit through the bush, probably looking for their mother. She wondered if she could hit Beekit with some mud from here, she didn't want to get into another argument with Beekit, but she though it would be quite funny, and a bit of mud won't hurt her. She turned a bit, getting poked by a branch. When she was in a good position, she used her tail to flick some mud at Beekit. she couldn't help but giggle as she watched Beekit get splattered with mud. "And that... is for teasing me, little sister."

Beekit stood watch while her sister cleaned herself off, often giving a quick glance towards her to see how much longer she’ll take. She often screwed up her nose in disgust as she pitied her sister for having to lick all of that off, how disgusting it must taste!
Sooner or later, Sunkit stumbled out of the cover of the bush, clean enough, though her fur was stained brown from the mud. Beekit sighed helplessly. “Well, mother will freak when she sees your pretty fur is stained brown.” Commented the little she-cat almost to herself.
“Hey, how about yo-” Before she could finish, she felt a solar on her face. It was thick, heavy and smelled icky. She heard a giggle come from her sister.
"And that... is for teasing my, little sister."
A growl rumbled in Beekit’s throated and she glared at her sister. “You...!” The little she-kit pounced on her sister, her eyes sparkling with mischief. “You’ll pay for this!” She squeaked, landing on top of Sunkit.

OOC: when Sunkit said 'And that... is for teasing my' instead of my it was meant to be me.. fixed it now though!
Beekit stopped mid-sentence as the mud landed on her face, 'You...!' Sunkit flinched, scared that her sister got upset, but all of a sudden Beekit was on top of her."Hey! Stop that." Sunkit purred as she was tackled to the floor, seeing that Beekit wasn't going to back down, she swiped her hind paws, aiming for Beekit's legs. "I won't let you take me down that easily!" Sunkit rolled, trying to get on top of Beekit. As she tangled herself in her sister's limbs, she poked her on her white flank, playfully. She tried to paw at Beekit's head, but her small legs couldn't reach. She gave a nip on Beekit's tail. "C'mon Beekit! Is that all you got? She giggled breathlessly, tired from them too playing so much. That mouse I ate before isn't helping me now, its making me a bit sick. Sunkit started showing signs of defeat, she gave one last swipe with her sheathed paw and laid there still. "Oh, Beekit you got me this time! But I'll be back!" she acted as if she was dead, lying on the floor with her pink tongue out, she let her tail go limb.

Beekit puffed out her chest triumphantly as her sister lay motionless on the ground, except for the occasional giggles, and stood on top of her sister, tail and head high. “No one can defeat me! I have killed my sister, and my next victim will be...” She paused, and surveyed the clearing, in search for her so called ‘victim’. And then suddenly, it clicked!
“Dustykit! He’s my next victim!” She yowled victoriously, eyes gleaming with mischief.
Suddenly, she heard a harsh hiss from behind, and whipping round, she saw Herrongaze towering over them. “Why are you two so loud? The whole clan will be woken up by you two! And Sunkit-” The brown tabby queen gasped as she saw Sunkit’s mud-tainted fur.
“What in the name of StarClan happened to you?”

Beekit’s paws were jabbing into Sunkit’s side, as her sister stood on her. It tickled, yet hurt at the same time. “Ow, Beekit your paws!” She tried to move from under her sister’s paws while giggling. She watched as her sister scouted the clearing, and suddenly her expression changed into one that said she has found her perfect victim.
‘Dustykit!’
Of course it’s Dustykit. Last time she saw him, he and Beekit nearly knocked themselves out when they bumped into each other outside the nursery. Sunkit finally got out from her sister’s grasp, she stood opposite her. A shadow loomed over Beekit, but Sunkit hasn’t paid attention to it, passing it as a cloud overhead. But as Beekit whipped around, Sunkit saw their mother. Oh no… she doesn’t look happy.
‘Why are you so loud?’ Herrongaze said, kind of reminding her of how the Elders described the rouges that attack their camp. “We’re sorry, mother. We were just playing games…” Sunkit tried to explain, but was cut off as Herrongaze gasped. She definitely wasn’t happy to see Sunkit stained in mud. “We were playing, and I tried to show off. But I slipped into mud…” Sunkit tried to make it seem less serious, not really knowing if she is succeeding at the moment, “I cleaned most of it.”

The petite she-cat lowered her gaze to her paws and flattened her ears so they lay against her head. "Sorry, mama. We didn't do it on purpose, promise!" Mewed Beekit persistently. Herrongaze narrowed her eyes at Beekit but then switched her focus to Sunkit, to whom her eyes flared up. "I expected you to be more careful, Sunkit. My eldest kit! I had hoped you'd be more mature than Beekit." Commented the Queen harshly, completely dismissing the fact that her other kit - Beekit - was standing right beside the mud-stained Sunkit.
Beekit's eyes welled up at her mother's comment, was that what her mother though of her? Her expectations of Beekit? Feeling suddenly deflated, Beekit sat down with a thump!
"It's my fault, mama. Sunkit just wanted to make me laugh." She exclaimed with unexpected ferocity. She wasn't about to let mother have such low expectations for her, not when Beekit wanted to prove she's better than her sister. The large tabby she-cat glanced at the small she-kit with amusement. "Calm down, little one. She purred warmly. "I'm sure Sunkit can take her own punishment - now, Sunkit," Mewed Herrongaze to Sunkir more sternly. "Go to the nursery and clean yourself off - I will go collect some wet moss for you to clean off with."

OOC: just saying that the orange colour is very hard to read for me, maybe make it bold or change it if you could? BIC: Sunkit made herself look small, kind of scared of her mothers tone. She didn't like when she or Beekit were told off. Sunkit moved a bit closer to Beekit as she sat down with a thump. She knew she wanted to be seen equal to Sunkit, maybe even better. Herrongaze continued, telling her to go to the nursery and wash herself up. So she got up and walked over to the nursery, she stopped and looked over at Beekit, inviting her to come to the nursery. Ugh, I should have just cleaned myself before mother saw. Hoe stupid am I? She went through the entrance of the nursery, hers and Beekit's beds clean after she cleaned them a while back. She hated that she was told of, but she wasn't going to moan about it. It was her fault and hers only, she should have cleaned herself up before Herrongaze saw her. But she wanted to play with Beekit and wasted too much time, now she got into trouble. She started cleaning herself until either Beekit or her mother came in the nursery.

OOC : I made the font size larger since it was quite small in the first place - I'll be making it bold for you as well, hopefully it's easier to read now.
BIC:
Beekit gloomily watched Sunkit as she stalked away into the nursery, now what should she do? Giving a hesitant glance towards her mother, the little she-kit cautiously stood up in attempt to make way towards the nursery in which her sister was sent off to, but was swiftly halted by a large, brown paw. "Hold it right there, missy, you'll be helping me bring back some soaked moss for Sunkit." This peaked the calico's interest, did Herrongaze mean leave camp? Her mind whirled with all the stories she could tell her sister - on the way to the pond she came across a badger! Or a fox, or a rogue, or anything! She couldn't help herself but reveal a smirk, Sunkit will be so jealous.
"Now, I'll quickly make a trip to the nearest pool, soak up a few moss balls, and once I get back you can take them to Sunkit and help her wash up."
"What? You mean I won't go out of camp with you?" Exclaimed Beekit, her leafy-green eyes wide with unmistakable disappointment. Her mother swept up the kit with her soft tail and purred comfortingly, "No, you're far too young, little one. Once you're an apprentice you may walk the whole forest with me" she promised, withdrawing from Beekit and padding away to the camp entrance. "But I'm big! I can go outside!" Protested Beekit, however too late, Herrongaze's tail tip vanished into the fronds of the entrance. Sighing heavily, Beekit trotted towards the milk-scented nursery.
Beekit poked her spotted head into the nursery. "Mother left to go soak up some moss balls." She meowed dismissively, "You know, you shouldn't have tried to show off, now you're dirty because I got all moody." She watched absentmindedly as her sister groomed herself rhythmically, each stroke as quick and rough as the other. Beekit wondered how her sister's fur was so smooth and soft if she was so rough and coarse when grooming. She glanced down towards her thin tail, sometimes when its well groomed her tail can look sharp enough to sting you, but today it was messy, patches of short fur sticking out in all directions, resulting in a prickly-looking tail. Placing a paw over her tail and slowly dragging it across as she smoothed the fur she wondered if that's why she was called Beekit, because her tail looks like a bee's stinger. Pondering lazily, she glanced at her sister. It was obvious why she was named Sunkit; her fur was a gorgeous golden-orange hue, in sunlight it sometimes looked as if she was glowing like the sun. It irked Beekit that her sister had a lovely name like 'Sunkit', it was pretty, but Beekit was stuck with sounding like a bug that stings, nonetheless.
"Do you think mother named me 'Beekit' because my tail looks sharp? Kinda like a bee's stinger" She thought out loud.

Sunkit glanced over at Beekit when she came in, she said something about mother going to get something but she wasn't listening. Still sulking over being told off by Herrongaze, she wasn't used to it. It's not her that's usually in trouble. Well it has to be me sometimes, its not like I'm a perfect daughter all the time. Next time Beekit spoke Sunkit listened, did she do it to make Beekit happy? Part of her did, of course. She wants her sister to be happy, but she also wanted to show off anyways. Maybe she did it for the attention? Well, I got what I wanted.
She wasn't going to reply, but then she thought better of so she quickly looked up from her chest and put on a smile. "Did you not find it funny thought? I sure did, even if it was me who got dirty!" She continued to clean her chest in a rush movement, but then slowing down her tongue after she saw her sister slowly taking care of her tail. It sure looked messy today, probably just because both of them just woke up and had no time to groom themselves. She sat in silence for a while, cleaning herself. She got all the mud of by now, her fur was just stained brown from it all.
'Kinda like a bee's stinger'
Sunkit never thought about their names, but it was obvious now that Beekit mentioned it. Sunkit was fluffy and yellow like the sun, and Beekit had that pointy tail. "Probably, it is pointy like a bee's." Names, so interesting and unique. Sunkit's name will change someday, Sunpaw will be her new name in a couple of moons. And then it will be a completely new name; Sunheart, Sunfur, Sunpool, Sunflower... All the names she could think of sounded really beautiful, unique. No one will have a name like me!
"What do you think our warrior names will be!

Beekit rolled her eyes at her sister's comment - of course she'll turn this all into a joke. But, as much as it annoyed how careless Sunkit can be at times, she couldn't help but feel glad that she was able to change the mood of the conversation so easily. She couldn't lie that sometimes Beekit turned lighthearted conversations with Sunkit sour; her sister's lightheartedness always was a trait which perfectly balanced out their relationship.
"Sure - it was pretty funny" She purred, her tail curling over her back like a snake. "But next time try not to look like you come from the swamp!" She smirked amusingly. Thinking back to moments before in which Sunkit got filthy, she couldn't help but purr with amusement, it was in fact really funny.
"Probably, it is pointy like a bee's."
Beekit nodded in agreement as she began to make glances down towards her tail - she was slowly beginning to realise how weird her tail looked in reality. The little kit is scruffy, with fairly long fur all around; that is, except for her tail. It's equally scruffy as the rest of her, however it had much shorter fur that emphasised the already sharp appearance of her tail.
"I'm not sure, but I'm probably gonna be Beetail!" She snickered before moving towards her sister backwards, her tail positioned like that of a bee's. She manoeuvred it threateningly - "And when I'm Beetail, I'll make sure to make you my first victim of The Stinger!"

"Beetail sounds so cool!" Sunkit purred at the though, and then her eyes widened at the sight of The Stinger coming towards her, "Beekit! You wouldn't!" She jumped back playfully, dodging the oncoming tail.
Sunkit had a beautiful name, she knew that much. The sun rose daily, and the clan would wake up along with it, though sometimes some cats woke up even before sunrise. The cats that guarded the camp during the night would take the sun as a sign that they can finally rest. She loved her name and she knew why it got picked for her. Her long fluffy fur looked like the sunshine, bright ginger, and she always made sure to be clean and tidy, making her coat reflect the sunlight just as beautifully as her name sounded.
She always strives to be just like the sun, a ray of hope and joy. Always lighthearted and never easy to be angered, Sunkit doesn't even know whether she was ever angry. She definitely had her sad and worrisome times, just like the sun would be covered by rainy clouds, and even then Sunkit someone managed to find the good in that! She loves rain after all.
"You know, I can't be your victim if I blind you with my Sunshine!" she ruffled her fur, fluffing it even more than it already is. She playfully pounced on top of Beekit, purring loudly.

Beekit began purring alongside her sister as she gets toppled over by the bright furball. She covers her eyes with her paws dramatically. "Aah! No! My eyes! You blinded me!" She giggled, swatting at Sunkit with her paw trying to fend for herself. After Beekit managed to let herself free she ran around Sunkit, occasionally closing in on her older sister to playfully swat at her face or tail. The two kits were joyfully engaged in play until the sound of rustling came from behind them accompanied by a grown voice.
"Beekit! Sunkit! Stop playing, I've brought wet mossballs. Beekit, come over and help me wash off the mud on Sunkit." Beekit gave a final sigh before retreating from the grasp of her sister and padded over to where Herongaze dropped fresh, wet, mossballs. Still in an energetic mood Beekit prodded and rolled the mossballs in front of her. However, she was immediately stopped as her mother's large paw was dragged over her face and a stern "C'mon, get a move on."
Nodding obediently, Beekit clumsily clasped her jaws around one of the heavy mossballs and tried picking it up. Underestimating the weight of the mossballs, Beekit buckled as she failed to lift the green, watery mass even a whisker-width above the ground. She quickly glanced towards Sunkit hoping she wouldn't have noticed anything. Without a moment's waste, Beekit reared for a second try and, clenching her jaws tighly around the mossball, managed to pick it up just enough to carry it over to her sister. Beekit let out an exasperated sigh as she awkwardly dropped the mossball onto her sisters tail.
"That was heavier than I expected!" She commented before promptly beginning to douse her sister's mud-caked fur in water. Soon enough, a muddy puddle began forming at the base of where her sister sat and glimpses of her golden fur was beginning to appear. Beekit could feel Herongaze purr delightfully as she saw progress in her sister's cleaning session.
OOC: If you remember we were all mud covered and mama went out to bring mossballs, been a while so we might've forgotten. Oop
